Laboratory Technician
Chemical Manufacturing/Gas chromatography/Analytical Testing

Responsibilities
Required to work a rotating day/night 9 hour shift schedule.
Analyze routine and non-routine (special request) samples utilizing physical, wet-chemical, and instrumental techniques.
Assemble and disassemble various lab systems
Install, start, run and maintain new Analytical testing equipment
Conduct laboratory experiments and record data
Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on lab equipment
Perform troubleshooting on lab experimental set-up
Requirements
Must possess at least an AS degree in chemistry (BS Chemistry degree is preferred)
Must have at least two (0-1) years of QC lab experience
Must have experience conducting routine analysis specifically utilizing physical, wet-chemical, and instrumental techniques.
Install, start, run and maintain Analytical testing equipment
Experience writing Test methods and procedures.
Experience setting up and maintaining lab equipment
